TUITION AND REGISTRATION POLICIES Registration
is on a first-received, first-enrolled basis until the maximum class size is reached. If a minimum class
size is not reached, you will be refunded in full. Partial scholarships are available by written application.
Full scholarships are granted only by interview with the student and parent. Only
registered students may attend classes.
REFUND POLICY There is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $35 included in
the class fee. To obtain a refund of the balance, you must request a refund in writing before the second day of classes. After
that date, no refunds will be given. This is a group class. Makeups and refunds cannot be given for classes missed.
BEHAVIOR POLICY: Each workshop participant is expected to demonstrate
respect to the teacher and to the rest of the participants by fully participating in the class and not becoming a disruption.
If students either refuse to participate or are consistently a behavior problem, we will speak to parents once.
If the behavior continues, the student will be removed from the class.
NOTICE OF NON-DISCRIMINATORY POLICY AS TO STUDENTS Houston
Family Arts Center admits workshop students of any race, color, religion, national and/or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges,
programs, and activities made available to students. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and/or ethnic
origin in administration of its workshop policies, audition policies, scholarship programs and other programs.
