Many local and national companies
want to help their employees give back to the communities were they live and work. There are two primary
methods that companies use to enable their employees to financially support their favorite charities. Most
companies have established foundations to administer their matching gifts programs.
Matching Contributions - Companies or their foundations match their employees' contributions
to non-profit organizations.
Matching Hours
- Companies
or their foundations provide financial contributions for volunteer work. For every hour you volunteer at the Houston Family
Arts Center, your company may donate a certain dollar amount to HFAC.
How to give a matching gift: You will need to complete a Matching
Gift form from your employer and mail it back to the Houston Family Arts Center with your personal payment. HFAC
accepts personal checks and credit cards. Please mail your gift and matching gift form to:
