This small musical has it all: tap-dancing chorus girls, witty songs, and a happy ending! A parody of the 1930's Ruby Keller-type
movies, a young girl arrives in New York with nothing but her tap shoes in her suitcase. By the end of the day, she
has not only snagged the starring role in a new Broadway show, but the leading man as well! Directed by Elaine Edstrom

Directed by Vicki Wiese Produced by Special Arrangement with Pioneer Drama Service, Inc.
Englewood, Colo. Synopsis: In Monster
in the Closet, Emily has a big problem. Not only is she sent to bed just as she reaches the highest level of her new
video game, but there’s a monster in her closet!Emily recruits
some of her friends to help capture the monster. Meanwhile, Murray, the closet monster, doesn’t mean any harm—he
only wants to play Emily’s new video game. But when Murray’s boss, the Dream King, hears Murray’s been goofing
off on the job, Murray winds up on probation. After all, every monster knows that when a child is born, a monster is
assigned to watch over her—not to play with her toys and especially not to get caught in the act! Find out what happens
when Emily hosts a sleepover to try to capture Murray and discover a myriad of other wonderfully entertaining characters.
Emily’s monster problem brings humor, a bit of ingenuity, and a little magic to this charming
and delightful family show!
All tickets are $7, with no additional fees.
